Rita Mobile - Installation

Rita Mobile is compatible with a very wide range of Android Devices, including Smartphones and Tablets running Android version 2.2 or later.

Note: Before attempting to install Rita Mobile on your Android device you will need to temporarily change the Security Setting to allow installation from 'Unknown Sources', to do this press the menu icon or button from the Home screen and tap "Settings." Select “Security” (Android OS 4.0+) or "Applications" (Android OS 3.0 and earlier) then scroll down to see the "Unknown Sources" setting.

To install Rita Mobile on your device please go to the Rita online console and select the Admin tab, you then have the choice of scanning the QR Code, or entering the mobile number of the target device and pressing the 'Send Kit to:' button.

The first time you launch Rita Mobile you will be prompted for the Registration code you were given, if necessary you can find your Registration Code by logging into the Rita Management Console on any PC and opening the Home page once you are logged in, your Registration Code will be shown near the top left corner of the page.
